1st Course - Petite Verdot
Egg ~actly A Perfect Salad - European greens are topped with grilled robust eggplants, plump heirloom tomatoes and Feta cheese then drizzled with a balsamic dressing.


2nd Course - Petite Sirah
Red, Roasted and Refreshing - Red roasted peppers are gently blended in a creamy rich sauce. Adorning our signature Italian pasta.


3rd Course - Tempranillo
What’s the Beef? - Buttery sautéed mushrooms adorn slices of tender petite beef filets which are accompanied with our crisp tempura battered shrimp, a roasted tomato with parmesan nestle next to this surf and turf creation.


4th Course - “Violent Sky” Cabernet Sauvignon
Terrific Twosome - Creamy Havarti cheese is paired with this extraordinary wine such a perfect and unbelievable duo.


5th Course - Georgetown Cabernet Sauvignon
I’ve Got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts - Snow-white flaky coconut reign supreme in our luscious and sweet cake, a perfect finish for a summer meal.
